Whenever you publish a paper or give a talk which relies on work you did during your Marie Curie Fellowship, you must acknowledge the support.
This is the standard phrase to use:
"This research project has been supported by a Marie Curie Early Stage Research Training Fellowship of the European Community's Sixth Framework Programme under contract number MEST-CT-2005-020395: The USO-SP International School for Solar Physics."
Please remember this. Also please plug the USO-SP International School for Solar Physics brand on informal occasions as well.
When you leave your fellowship, you must fill in a questionnaire.
It is found here:
http://webgate.ec.europa.eu/sesam/questurl.do
To get to the questionnaire you should state that it concerns an MCA, an EST and
an Assessment report. Then you give the last number in the contract
number as ID. There are some quantitative questions about salary etc, so do this
when you have access to that.
Please remember that you must be reachable for three years after the end
of the project. This means until 31 January 2013...
Just send a note to the Coordinator and/or the institute where you stayed
when you go to a new place. There will be follow-up questionnaires.
Every year we will have to send a report. This is much easier if you keep
notes about what you do.
What courses do you take?
What other kind of training
sessions do you participate in?
Even small things count.
What talks do you give? (Also internal talks.)
What papers published?
