Rotatable Filter Calibration

Every second or third day, it is a good idea to do a rotable filter calibration. Here is how it is done:

Run Mode: Filter Calib for rotatable filter camera
  Focus for all other cameras
Enable: Rotatable Filter for rotatable filter camera
Repeats: 1
Frames: 10

Now start cameras and wait until the line scan is complete. Once complete, log into the rotatable filter camera computer as obs and do the following

  1. cd ~/SSTJavaTools

  2. Run ./plotter /data/store1/KVA/camXX (example location)

From the plotter program you can load in the 'filtcal' files using the file tree on the left. Now refer to section 6.4 in order to find the line centre.
