Using Time Offsetting

Time offsetting, found under the Test menu on the main window, allows the user to run the turret software for any date or time. It is also possible to step through time by years, months, days or hours, convenient for watching the motions of solar system objects on the star map and planning observations.

Time offsetting, of course, should not be used when actually operating the telescope. For this reason, if the telesope is initialised, time offsetting is disabled.
