Full Stokes Polarimetry Calibration

If you are running a SOUP sequence with a full Stokes vector (i.e. 4 LC states)., then you need to perform a polarimetry calibration at least once per day. The calibration should be conduction while the sun has an elevation higher than 40 degrees, and some time long before the sun passed through the meridian, as telescope drifts are often encountered at these times
