Currently we have the SOUP filter on the red beam, with one Sarnoff camera behind the SOUP and two behind the prefilter wheel, but before SOUP itself.
The SOUP has its own control computer, a laptop in the observing room, but is also connected to one of the camera machines, camera1 (at present).
To setup up the SOUP at the start of your run, you need to setup two different config files (the hierachy of the various configs can be seen in appendix C).
