SOUP Camera Config file

Small changes need to be made to the config file for the camera being used at the SOUP. Basically, one line is added that points to the relevant SOUP config, e.g.

SOUP_CFG:cfg/sarn_soup.cfg

and another for the polarimetry config (see section 6.7):

POLAR_CFG:cfg/polar.cfg
