Sometimes it is necessary to move the telescope independantly of the turret software. Reasons for this could include the telescope hitting an endstop, or being unable to initialise due to dirty encoders (see appendix A.1).
To move the telescope, we use the handpaddle and the 'service run motors' program. To start the program, simply use the icon next to the turret icon.
Speeds for the three handpaddle button settings are strored in the service_run_motors.cfg file in the configs directory.
